Section 9 -20. Rules; Adoption of rules by the board of appeals. <br /> The board of appeals shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statues, <br /> necessary for the purposes of the [article.]section. <br /> Section 9 -21.
