COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10 -59, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -59, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the <br />following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />3303.67 Federal Grants — Chronic Disease Self Management Program - ARRA General $ 25,496 <br />Total $ 25,496 <br />SECTION 2.
