Project Number 09 -DJ -04 <br /> C O N T R A C T <br /> THIS CONTRACT, executed on the respective dates <br /> indicated below, is effective as of August 1, 2010, by and <br /> between the Department of the Attorney General, State of Hawaii, <br /> hereinafter called "Agency," by and through the Attorney <br /> General, and the Hawaii Police Department, hereinafter called <br /> "Grantee." <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS, Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe <br /> Streets Act of 1968, 42 U. S.
