COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 275 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 sO <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, <br />is hereby amended by adding the following projects: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Mitigation Measures - County <br />(110.399.5397.90) <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Mitigation Measures - Fair Share <br />(110.399.5397.91) <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from: <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br />Fund Balance and /or other Sources <br />Fair Share Contributions (Fund Balance - Designated) <br />SECTION 3.
