Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, <br /> is hereby amended by adding the following projects: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Mamalahoa Bypass Mitigation Measures - County $ 1,000,000 <br /> (110.399.5397.90) <br /> Mamalahoa Bypass Mitigation Measures - Fair Share $ 243,000 <br /> (110.399.5397.91) <br /> SECTION 2.
