REQUEST: <br />Requesting an increase in appropriation from $40,000 to $50,000 for the Domestic Violence Strategic Plan <br />(DVSP) project. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Prosecuting Attorney's Office has been approved to receive a total of $50,000 from the Hawaii State <br />Coalition Against Domestic Violence to implement the "Navigating a Course for Peace, Domestic Violence <br />Strategic Plan for 2007 - 2012" in Hawaii County. $40,000 is already budgeted.
