This project is to design and construct a new baseyard facility to <br /> replace the existing building in order to provide the appropriate space requirements and <br /> facilities to support the Hilo Solid Waste Division staff. The existing baseyard facility has <br /> exceeded its useful life and is much too small, encroaches on the neighboring property <br /> owned by Department of Hawai'ian Home Lands, and does not have adequate room or <br /> facilities (bathrooms, changing area, shower) to support the staff at the site. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Environmental <br /> Management. t ti <br /> Iftle <br /> Nancy .
