Their <br /> current copy machines, purchased in 2005, have reached the end of their useful lives <br /> and are not suitable for extended lease beyond the expiration date. <br /> Reliable copiers are essential for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to function at <br /> each of their office branches. The average monthly cost per copier is anticipated to be <br /> comparable to the current costs to operate each machine. <br /> Because their current leases expire on December 31, 2010, and with the cancellation of <br /> the December 14 Committee meeting, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests <br /> that the resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and heard at the December <br /> 15, 2010 Council meeting. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney. i 6÷ <br /> o deii Nancy E.
