17. Archaeological Resources: It is highly unlikely that any archaeological, cultural or <br /> historic sites are present on the property as the property has been fully development with <br /> four (4) dwellings and agricultural uses. In a letter dated June 15, 2010, the DLNR- <br /> SHPD has stated that no historic properties will be affected by this permitted activity <br /> because 1) residential construction has altered the land; and 2) no new land alteration, <br /> new construction, or structural alterations will occur. <br /> 18. Cultural or Native Gathering Rights: The property is developed with four (4) <br /> dwellings. There is no evidence of any traditional and customary Native Hawaiian rights <br /> being practiced on the site. <br /> 19. Public Access: There is no record of public access that traverses the property. <br /> 20. Traffic: According to the applicant, there will be no traffic impacts as there will be no <br /> new uses or buildings. <br /> PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 21. Access: Access to the property is from Lama Street, which is a County road with a 20- <br /> foot wide pavement within a 50 -foot wide right -of -way. It is identified on the Hilo Zone <br /> Map as an existing collector roadway. <br /> 22. Water: County water can be made available to the site for the proposed request. <br /> 23. Wastewater: Wastewater for the four dwellings on the property has been approved for <br /> cesspools. <br /> 24. Solid Waste: According to the applicant, the residents dispose of solid waste at the Hilo <br /> landfill. <br /> 25.
