NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY lT'HE COUNCIL OF THE COUN I'Y OF' HAWAII, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to grant Easement W- 1. as described ill Exhibit "A" and delineated in Exhibit "B" attached hereto.. to the Board of Water of the County of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 19, Hawai-i County Code, across parcel Tax Map Key: (3)4-5-003-018 (por.), and that such grant of easement is subject to reversion to the County of Hawaii upon its tennination or abandonment.
