Their current copy machines are <br /> over five (5) years old, and not suitable for a lease extension. <br /> The copiers are needed to print departmental documents, necessary plans, and <br /> presentations for the County Community Development Programs around Hawai'i Island. <br /> By entering into this multi-year lease, the operating cost per month is expected to be <br /> less than the costs under the recently expired leases. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Planning Department. <br /> 1 /44/ 1 CL444 <br /> Nancy E.
