The festival ran May <br /> 12 -16, 2010. <br /> • Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month: The United States Air Force at Mountain Home Air <br /> Force Base honored Asian Pacific Islanders with an event on base May 26, 2010. Claude <br /> Onizuka attended and spoke about his brother, Ellison Onizuka, a Kona native who <br /> accomplished his life -long dream of becoming an astronaut. HIVB assisted by providing <br /> macadamia nuts and destination literature for 200 attendees. <br /> • Sunset Celebration: HIVB participated in a cooperative promotion with Hawaiian Airlines <br /> at Sunset Magazine's 13th annual Celebration Weekend in Menlo Park, California, June 4- <br /> 6, 2010.
