OTHER COSTS: $17,000 <br />Training Facilities and Meals: $14,000 <br />To cover cost of training rooms, meals and refreshments for participants: <br />Session A (Hilo): 100 people x $60 per person <br />Session B (Kona): 80 people x $80 per person <br />Session C (Waikoloa): 20 people x $80 per person. <br />Per Diem Judge rates: $3,000 <br />Cost for per diem judges to cover essential courtrooms while judges are unavailable (due to <br />attendance at training) is $500 per judge.
