COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 34 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -8 -33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />AGRICULTURAL — THREE ACRES (A -3a) TO SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — 40,000 <br />SQUARE FEET (RS -40) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX <br />MAP KEY 2- 4- 070:PORTION 001. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Single - Family Residential — 40,000 square feet (RS -40): <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land and on the east side of <br />Lot 11, being a portion of Grant 11,608 to Raymond H. Sekido and Shizuke Sekido, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "HALAI" being 13,334.17 feet South and 1,440.74 feet West, thence running by <br />azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />1 <br />175' 40' 224.10 feet along Lot 11 and Lot 9, being portions <br />of Grant 11,608 to Raymond H. Sekido and <br />Shizuke Sekido; <br />Thence following along the remainder of <br />Lot 721 -A for the next eight (8) courses, the <br />azimuths and distances being: <br />2. 269' 05' <br />3. 305' 40' <br />204.90 feet; <br />56.50 feet; <br />-1- <br />
