BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it finds the <br /> subject subdivision and improvements thereon are in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 <br /> of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23 -10 of the <br /> Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lots A and B, <br /> containing an area of 0.164 and 0.193 acre, respectively, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: <br /> (3) 6- 4- 017:040, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all improvements thereon, for <br /> public road and drainage purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> William P.
