This represents the County's portion <br /> of this project, which is 93% funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the <br /> State Department of Health safe drinking water grant. This project will provide the general <br /> public with a potable water supply throughout the County, and thereby enhancing overall <br /> quality of life. <br /> Time is of the essence, as the grant funding may be affected. To this end, the Department <br /> of Public Works is requesting to waive the Finance Committee review, and have this bill <br /> placed on the April 6, 2011 Council meeting agenda. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Warren H.W.
