BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> This copier services the West HI CSE, RSVP, and EAD Office that is at New West HI Civic Center. The <br /> current copier is 2003 model which was originally leased and purchased in 2008.
