However, in these times of great budget shortfalls and declining donations, all of the applicants expressed their understanding of the challenges confronting the executive and legislative branches of government. They are determined to continue providing services to the needs of an ever increasing population. Your Ad Hoc Committee recommends that we appropriate the allocated $1,500,000 to 91 nonprofit programs reflected in Exhibit A in the column labeled "FY11 -12 Award ". Exhibit A also details the 8 programs not being funded (includes the 1 withdrawal) and the last 5 years of awards to these organizations.
