BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> To comply with the State of Hawai'i contract to provide EMS services an extension of the Naalehu EMS <br /> Station lease is necessary. This is for premises located at 95 -1163 Ka'alaiki Road, Naalehu. The term is for <br /> two years commencing May 1, 2011, with an option to renew the lease for an additional two years.
