REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: April 19, 2011 Re: Comm. 166/Res. 62 -11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> West Hawai`i Civic Center <br /> TIME: 2:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 62 -11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 62 -11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via <br /> Communication No. 166, dated April 6, 2011, authorizes the acceptance a monetary donation of <br /> $75 to the Department of Parks and Recreation to Support the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo and <br /> Gardens. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII Section 13 -12, Hawai'i County Charter the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of money. <br /> A letter of appreciation and a copy of this resolution will be sent to donor Mr. Richard J.
