REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: April 19, 2011 Re: Comm. 168/Bill 45 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> West Hawai`i Civic Center <br /> TIME: 2:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 45, reports as follows: <br /> Bill 45, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication 168, dated April 6, <br /> 2011, amends Chapter 2, article 16, section 2 -101.1 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended), relating to Mileage and Meal Reimbursements for Volunteer Police <br /> Personnel. <br /> This bill proposes to delete this reference to section 2 -96 of the County Code and specify the <br /> parameters of meal allowance for these volunteer police personnel within section 2- 101.1.
