No. 857/Bill No. 287 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:53 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 287, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 287, transmitted by Acting Director of Finance Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 857, dated July ] I, 2000, amends Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, the Capital Budget <br /> ending June 30, 2001, by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Kinoole Corridor Traffic Signa[ Upgrade-Federal 110-399-5391.27-115 $1,600,000 <br /> Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> Federal Grants Receivable $1,600,000 <br /> Funds will be used to upgrade existing traffic signal systems at the intersections of Kinoole <br /> Street with Kawailani Street, Kawili Street, Lanikaula Street, and Mohouli Street.
