<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 323 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 00-64, AS AMENDED, <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR <br /> THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'L• <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to reappropriate the <br /> lapsed 1988-92, 1994-96 and 1996-98 fuel tax district appropriations as shown on the <br /> attached Exhibit A. Because the original amounts were established by formula and to <br /> maintain equity, lapsed district funds would be reappropriated back to the respective <br /> districts. <br /> SECTION 2.
