<br /> Hawaii as of April 19, 2011, as nearly correct as may be, is as set forth below.
<br /> Excluded is the value of exempt real property made taxable under the
<br /> provisions of Chapter 19, Article 10, Section 19 -85 of the Hawaii County
<br /> Code, and excluded is the value claimed by each taxpayer who has filed an
<br /> appeal plus fifty percent of the value in dispute where appeals from the
<br /> director's assessments were unsettled as of April 19, 2011.
