BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriate "Release, Hold Harmless and <br /> Indemnity Agreement," releasing K. Taniguchi, Ltd. from any and all liability that may arise <br /> with respect to the generous donation of the seven (7) AEDs be executed. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawai`i is directed to <br /> transmit copies of this Resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
