Ashida, former Hawaii County Prosecuting <br /> Attorney Jay Kimura, and Hawaii County Finance Director Nancy Crawford that are <br /> pending before the Board of Ethics due to lack of Quorum resulting from conflicts of <br /> interest of sitting Board Members. <br /> The attached fifty -one, (51), pages of documentation provide evidence and <br /> background to organized government corruption within the Hawaii County government <br /> and will be used as Exhibits in future State and Federal Court proceedings as evidence to <br /> knowing and knowingly violations of Hawaii's Sunshine Laws by Council Members, <br /> Mayor Kenoi, et. al.
