We know it was received by the Mayor's Office, as it is recorded in the office correspondence log (see item 3 below). Assuming the 26 -page document is eventually found, the County has no objection to producing same to Mr. Cole. 3. "A copy of the phone log as identified by a (sic) your staffer Irma, in a 4 June 2009 telephone conversation with Dan A. Cole, identifying the time and date of the receipt via telephone FAX transmission of the twenty -six page document." Enclosed is a printout of documents received by the Mayor's Office from Mr. Cole. Entry No. 6310 evidences the receipt of the 26 -page document. Although the UIPA does not mandate the creation of any compilation or summary, the Mayor's Office ran this report and created this document to evidence the receipt of Mr. Cole's 26 -page document. With respect to Mr. Cole's specific request for a "phone log," no such manual document is maintained by the Mayor's Office, nor are the FAX activity logs from 2009 available. We hope the above explanation will suffice in assisting OIP in its review of Mr. Cole's request. Please let me know if further information or documentation is required.
