The property is located in Waiakea House Lots, 1 Series along the west side of Kanoelehua Avenue approximately 290 feet north of its intersection with Kekuanao`a Avenue, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i. The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of the request: The Planning Director has initiated a proposed amendment to Condition F to allow the landowner to dispose of development - generated wastewater in a manner meeting with the approval of the State Department of Health. The Planning Director recommends that Condition F be amended as follows (material to be deleted is bracketed and struck out while material to be added is underscored): "F.
