These funds are for the purpose of <br /> enhancing awareness and prevention of elder abuse and exploitation, and to expedite <br /> the prosecution of such cases. <br /> An Elder Abuse and Exploitation Grant account was appropriated for $125,000 in <br /> anticipation of grant funding for FY2011 -12.
