With Council's authorization, the <br /> Purchasing Division proceeded with competitive procurement. The resulting low bid <br /> includes per -page amounts above that identified in the resolution by $0.0005 for black <br /> and white and $0.003 for color. <br /> At the department's request we have drafted the enclosed resolution to increase the <br /> referenced amounts to match the bid amount.
