�J�tY Oi .... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 104 11 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 56 -11 BY INCREASING <br /> THE PER PAGE COST CAP FOR A MULTI YEAR LEASE FOR ONE (1) <br /> COPIER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 56 -11 adopted by the Hawaii County Council on <br /> May 4, 2011, authorized the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and more than one <br /> fiscal year for the multi -year lease of one (1) copier for the Department of Human <br /> Resources; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 56 -11 authorized the Department of Human <br /> Resources, to enter into a five (5) year copier lease at a cost not to exceed $325 per <br /> month, plus $0.0099 for each black and white copy in excess of the monthly print <br /> allowance, and $0.0790 per color copy; and <br /> WHEREAS, the actual results from the competitive bid process resulted in a low <br /> bid which specifies $295.97 per month, plus $0.0104 for each black and white copy in <br /> excess of the monthly allowance, and $0.082 per color copy; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that this <br /> copier shall be leased for a period of five (5) years at a cost of $295.97 per month, plus <br /> $0.0104 for each black and white copy in excess of the monthly allowance, and $0.082 <br /> per color copy. <br />
