REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: July 6, 2011 Re: Comm. 245//Res. 90-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 90-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 90-11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via <br /> Communication No. 245, dated June 22, 2011, authorizes the acceptance of a monetary donation <br /> of$500 from the Pa'auilo Camp Community Association. This money will be used by the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation to support the Summer Fun program at the Pa'auilo Gym by <br /> supplementing program fees. The Summer Fun programs are run island-wide at various Parks <br /> and Recreation facilities, and provide activities and excursions for children in grades 1 through 6. <br /> A letter of appreciation and copy of this resolution be will be sent to the Pa'auilo Camp <br /> Community Association, P.O.
