REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: July 6, 2011 Re: Comm. 246//Res. 91-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 91-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 91-11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via <br /> Communication No. 246, dated June 22, 2011, authorizes accepting three Alpacas named Sara, <br /> Ginger and Hooch, whose total estimated value is $30,000 to the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation for use at the petting zoo in the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens. <br /> A letter of appreciation and copy of this resolution be will be sent to Tess and Dave Wilkinson, <br /> owners, Big Island Alpaca Farm, P.O.
