No. 2011 -112 <br /> WHEREAS, both Cities are endowed with rich and bountiful indigenous natural <br /> resources which are attractions to tourism and culture; <br /> WHEREAS, the establishment of the sisterhood between these two cities in particular <br /> and two countries in general will enhance its economic, technical, educational and cultural <br /> relationship; <br /> NOW THEREFORE on motion of the Councilor Jose C. Alfaro Jr., Chairman, <br /> Committee on Cities Sisterhood program, jointly seconded by Councilors Sotero M. Pepito and <br /> Ruben R. Capahi, be it; <br /> RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to pass a resolution APPROVING THE <br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY SISTERHOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAI'I, STATE OF HAWAII, USA AND ORMOC CITY, PHILIPPINES AND ENTER <br /> INTO A FROMAL AGREEMENT IN RELATION THERETO; <br /> ADOPTED, June 16, 2011. <br /> RESOLVED, FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution each to the Honorable Eric <br /> C. Codilla, City Mayor of Ormoc City; Honorable William P.
