COUNTY OF HAWAII-,A.Y -STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 24q <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 76 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-272, of the Hawaii County <br />Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 24-272. Schedule 20. [Reserved.] Prohibited right turn areas. The <br />following are designated as prohibited right turn areas: <br />Ua� Hamakua <br />W North Hilo <br />(c,) South Hilo <br />W Waianuenue Avenue, makai bound, into Komohana Street when <br />traffic signal is red. <br />Ka'u <br />(ej Kohala <br />Kona <br />Puna <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br />printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
