No. 103-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:35 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 103-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 103-11, transmitted jointly with Bill 71, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via <br /> Communication No. 266, dated July 6, 2011, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement <br /> with the State of Hawai`i Department of Transportation for an Intelligent Transportation System <br /> (ITS) grant. <br /> The Department of Public Works indicates that the State of Hawaii Department of <br /> Transportation has authorized a $150,000 grant for the Traffic Division's County of Hawaii <br /> Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) architecture project, titled Federal-Aid Project <br /> No. SPR-0010 (33).
