Sako <br />Deputy Director <br />c.- <br />cD <br />On October 7, 2009, Resolution No. 234 -09 was passed in order to allow the County to <br />accept monies from the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant, whose funds are derived <br />from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). <br />The County of Hawaii has been awarded $8,892 in additional VOCA ARRA funds from <br />the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General. These funds are provided in <br />order to continue to provide assistance to victims of felony and misdemeanor violent <br />crimes.
