COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 89 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 2011 TO JUNE 30, 2012. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -60, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and <br />Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, is hereby amended by <br />adding the following project: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Discretionary Road Projects - Geothermal Funds - Council District 5 <br />(110.399.5390.58) <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from: <br />Transfer from Geothermal Relocation & Community Benefits Fund <br />SECTION 3.
