BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it finds the <br /> subject subdivision and improvements thereon are in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 <br /> of the Hawaii County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies, and that it is in the <br /> public interest to accept such dedication. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, and Section 23-10 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code, that the County of Hawaii accepts the dedication of Road Lots R-1, R-2 and <br /> R-3, portions of which contains an area of 1.154 acres, 1.264 acres, and 11,275 square feet, more or <br /> less, respectively, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 7-7-028: por. 17, delineated on Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto, including all improvements thereon, for public road and drainage purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) the <br /> Honorable William P.
