REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: September 20, 2011 Re: Comm. 351/Res. 146-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> West Hawaii Civic Center <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:07 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 146-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 146-11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via <br /> Communication No. 351, dated September 7, 2011, authorizes the acceptance of the donation of <br /> ten (10)binoculars, with a total estimated value of$3,670 from the U.S. Department of <br /> Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
