The proposed <br />amendments to Resolution No. 147 -11 are illustrated below by Ramseyer format (material to be <br />deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored). <br />Resolution No. 147 -11 is amended as follows: <br />(1) Resolution No. 147 -11 is amended by amending the third WHEREAS clause to read <br />as follows: <br />"WHEREAS, the estimated lease cost is [$23;500] $16,400 per month or [$28 -2,890] <br />$196,800 annually for both units (in total); and" <br />(2) Resolution No. 147 -11 is amended by amending the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />to read as follows: <br />"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these apparatus shall be leased for a period of <br />five (5) years at a total cost not to exceed [$23,500] $16,400 per month." <br />A draft copy of Resolution No. 147 -11, Draft 2, is attached with these amendments incorporated <br />therein. <br />DY /bc <br />Att. <br />Comm.
