BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br />supports the use of Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery funds to be <br />expended on the completion of the Saddle Road project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that TIGER funds, when combined with state and other <br />federal funds, will ensure that the Saddle Road project will be completed as expeditiously as <br />possible. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward copies of this <br />resolution to the Honorable United States Senator Daniel K. Akaka, the Honorable United States <br />Senator Daniel K. Inouye, the Honorable United States Representative Colleen Hanabusa, the <br />Honorable United States Representative Mazie K. Hirono, the Honorable Governor Neil <br />Abercrombie, the State of Hawai`i Department of Transportation Director Dr. Glenn Okimoto, <br />and the Honorable Mayor William P.
