Sako <br />Deputy Director <br />.c: <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year, <br />for a new multi -year lease agreement, for one (1) multi- function copier for the <br />Department of Information Technology. The copy machine and printer they currently <br />use are both over eight years old and are near the end of their useful lives.
