Items to include flashing lights, pedestrian flashing lights and <br />"Hawk" signals, smart signs, signs, striping, speed humps, speed tables, roundabouts, chicanes, chokers, geometrics alteration, etc. <br />11. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OUTCOME(S) (List all that apply): Project will serve to slow traffic speed and protect pedestrian through residential neighborhoods and school zones. <br />12. This reduction <br />in crashes will reduce operational costs associated with a Police and EMS response, as well as costs associated with potential lav suits against the County. <br />16.
