} <br />guidelines, including but not limited to guidance issued by the <br />Bureau of Justice Assistance, 28 C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 66, <br />Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br />Agreements to State and Local Governments, and Office of <br />Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br />Office of Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial <br />Guide." <br />2. Grantee shall comply with all the ordinances, <br />codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State and local <br />government which in any way affect its performance under this <br />Contract. <br />3. Grantee shall provide for an independent audit <br />of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with Office of <br />Management and Budget Circular A -133. <br />4. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br />Agency a Certification Regarding Drug -Free Workplace Requirements <br />which meets the requirements of the Drug Free Workplace Act of <br />1988 (P.L. 100 -690, Title V, Subtitle D, U.S.C., Title 41, <br />Chapter 10, §702), hereinafter referred to as the "Drug -Free <br />Workplace Certification ". A copy of the Drug -Free Workplace <br />Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application for <br />Grant. Grantee covenants that the representations made in the <br />Drug -Free Workplace Certification are true at the time this <br />4 (7/2010) <br />
