such violation, the person, firm, or corporation shall be punishable of a fine as not <br />to exceed $500 and/or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days. <br />(Language extracted from previous Hawaii County Code) <br />Section 26 -16. Assembly Occupancy <br />3.3.165.3 is amended to read: <br />3.3.165.3 Assembly Occupancy. An occupancy (1) used for a gathering of 50 or <br />more persons for deliberation, worship, entertainment, eating, drinking, <br />amusement, awaiting transportation, or similar uses; or (2) used as a special <br />amusement building, regardless of occupant load. <br />A building used for the above mentioned purposes, with an occupant load of less <br />then 50 persons shall be governed by the requirements of a Business group <br />occupancy as defined in the Building Code. <br />Section 26 -17. Inspection Tag <br />4.5.8.6 is added to read: <br />4.5.8.6 Upon completion of the testing, maintenance, or inspection of any Fire <br />detection or Fire suppression system, an inspection tag approved by the AHJ shall <br />be affixed to such device or system. Information on the tag shall include: <br />- Test or inspection results; <br />- Date the inspection was completed <br />- Company name and contact information; <br />- Name of technician performing the test or inspection; <br />- Contractor's license number and expiration date. Inspection tag shall maintain <br />legibility for the life of their use. <br />Section 26 -18. Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing. <br />10.4.6 is added to read: <br />10.4.6 Upon completion of the testing, maintenance or inspection of any Fire <br />detection or Fire suppression system, an inspection tag, as referenced in 4.5.8.6 <br />above, shall be applied. <br />Section 26 -19. Open Fires, Incinerators, and Commercial fireplaces. <br />10.11.1 is amended to read: <br />10.11.1 Open fires in Hawaii County.
