The owner of the property is <br />Walmart R. E. Business Trust and the applicant is Teressa Jones, BRR Architecture, <br />Inc. whose phone number is (913) 266 -9095. The applicant is requesting a sign <br />variance for two (2) wall signs. The proposed signs are 147.78 square feet in area with <br />a 66 -inch symbol. The maximum allowable letter and /or symbol is nine inches per <br />Section 3 -58 (c), Chapter 3, Hawaii County Code.
