Normally, FEMA covers 75% of the cost, with the balance
provided by County matching funds; however, in this case, portions of the project are
ineligible to be paid for by FEMA, and are to be covered by the County.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the project titled "Tsunami Damage Projects ",
and appropriating $351,000 to the Capital Budget of which $36,000 is provided by FEMA,
and $315,000 by the County.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Warren H.W.
