Comm. 459: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11-60,AS AMENDED, (Bill 141) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1201 1 TO JUNE 30, 2012 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated November 1, 2011. This bill adds the Public Works, Tsunami Damage Projects -FEMA($36,000), and Tsunami Damage Projects- County($315,000)to the Capital Budget. These funds will be used for repair of the damages sustained along Ali`i Drive and other facilities in the Kona area resulting from the tsunami caused by the March 11, 2011 earthquake off the Pacific coast of Tohuku, Japan.
