COUNTY" OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 84 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1.1L 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 6 OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO LOADING <br />ZONES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to fulfill an indentified need for a <br />short-term loading zone in the area. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288.1, Schedule <br />36.1,* Active loading and unloading zones, subsection (c), South Hilo, Hawai'i County <br />Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following to be <br />appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />(c) South Hilo <br />(1) Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, beginning from a point ninety-four feet west <br />of Mamo Street and extending forty-four feet in the westerly direction, from 5:00 <br />a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesdays and Saturdays. <br />(2) Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, beginning from a point one hundred eleven <br />feet northwest of Shipman Street and extending fifty-eight feet in the <br />northwesterly direction. <br />(3) Mamo Street, both sides, from Kamehameha Avenue to Punahoa Street, from <br />5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesdays and Saturdays. <br />(4) Punahoa Street, makai side, from Mamo Street to a point sixty-nine feet in the <br />Hamakua direction. <br />(5) Haili Street, northwest side, beginning from a point two hundred eleven feet <br />southwest of Kamehameha Avenue and extending twenty feet in the <br />southwesterly direction. <br />( ) Kilauea Avenue southwest side beginning from a point thirty feet southeast of <br />Wilson Street and extending forty feet in the southeasterly direction from 7:00 <br />a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />
